Are you a Quality or Operations Manager with experience working in an engineering environment looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a company at the forefront of its industry?

On offer is an exciting opportunity where you will become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be implementing quality and efficiency improvements, managing FAI reports, driving new efficiency initiatives to improve workflow as well as leading meeting to plan daily workflow, set priorities and review progress.

This Company have been established for over three decades and have built a fantastic reputation within the industry by producing high quality work for their clients every time. They are a master distributor of Times Microwave Systems and work with a number of industries such as Marine, Space and Military.

This role would suit a Quality / Operations Manager with a background in engineering or manufacturing, looking to work for a company that'll continually invest in you and your career.

The Role

  • Manage FAI reports and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality or process issues to identify and implement long term improvements
  • Work closely with the sales team to align operational priorities with customer requirements
  • Lead meetings to plan daily workflow, set priorities and review progress
  • Implement quality and efficiency improvements
  • Drive new efficiency initiatives to improve workflow, productivity and team performance

The Person

  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • A background in Quality Management or Operations Management
