Reed are currently partnered with a with a distinguished provider of specialized printing solutions. They are currently seeking a General Office Assistant for a temporary position from May to September. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and looking to gain valuable experience in a retail and administrative environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stock management and order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone or email, providing excellent service.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Support the shipping and receiving of printing solutions.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Reliability is a must.
