General Office Assistant

Reed are currently partnered with a with a distinguished provider of specialized printing solutions. They are currently seeking a General Office Assistant for a temporary position from May to September. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and looking to gain valuable experience in a retail and administrative environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stock management and order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone or email, providing excellent service.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Support the shipping and receiving of printing solutions.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
