They provide over 160 work placement sessions a month for young people, helping them build confidence, independence, and workplace skills. Many of the team—including permanent staff—are on the autism spectrum, creating a supportive, inclusive environment.You'll be part of the commercial chocolatier team, making delicious chocolates for local shops, businesses, and seasonal events. It’s a fast-paced, creative, and hands-on role.What You’ll Be Doing:

Piping chocolate into moulds with precision
Adding tasty fillings
Packing and quality-checking finished products
Maintaining hygiene standards
Working alongside a diverse, supportive team
Helping hit production goals while supporting others to learn

What We’re Looking For:

A love of baking, chocolate making, or decorating cakes (professional or hobbyist!)
Awareness of Autism or willingness to learn
Great teamwork and communication
Strong attention to detail
A full driving licence
Experience in catering, kitchens, or food production is a bonus
