Huntswood is looking for Customer Service Advisors with financial services experience to join an exciting project for the commercial section of a leading financial services company. If you have excellent communication skills, experience working to targets and a passion for providing an excellent customer service, then we have a great role for you.

Using telephone, chat and email you will be responsible for proactively supporting clients whose products or payment services are changing.

Working in the client's largest campus in the beauty of the Cheshire countryside. This office has recently been refurbished and provides a collaborative working environment to help you achieve what you need to in your working day.

Start date: Monday 2nd June

Day Rate: 155 a day - Husp Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Knutsford - Full time in office for first 5-6 weeks for training, moving to 2 days in office per week

Working hours: Shifts between Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm - 35 hours p/w

What Huntswood is looking for:

  • Experience working in a telephony-based customer service role in financial services
  • Experience working in commercial banking would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion
  • Able to work in a target-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
