Graduate Mechatronics Engineer - to 31k

I'm looking for a forward-thinking Graduate Mechatronics Engineer. In this hands-on role, you'll develop and implement smart manufacturing and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness - not only within R&D but throughout the entire company. You'll also support the development and qualification of new valve products, using PLCs to automate testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a CAPEX-based Industry 4.0 project within your first year.

  • Support existing R&D testing and automation systems.

  • Assist in developing and running automated tests (hydrostatic, pneumatic, cryogenic, etc.).

  • Accurately complete and report all test documentation and results.

About You:

  • Degree-qualified in Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).

  • Practical, hands-on experience in a workshop or testing environment.

  • Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for digital transformation and process improvement.
