An established leader in the engineering sector is on the hunt for a creative Marketing Assistant to join their team. If you have a flair for storytelling, a knack for digital content and a passion for bringing brands to life, this could be your perfect next move. This role is based fully on site.
What you will be doing:
- Dream up and deliver eye-catching content, from slick graphics to engaging videos and interactive media
- Craft marketing campaigns that grab attention and get people talking, both internally and externally
- Curate SEO-optimised content that keeps the websites fresh, lively and visible
- Manage and grow the social media presence, showcasing the best of what they do
- Keep the promotional materials, case studies and client-facing documents polished and up-to-date
- Help bring events and trade shows to life, from idea stage to on-the-day buzz
- Dive into marketing analytics and report on what is working and potential opportunities
- Co-ordinate with external partners to create stand-out branded materials
- Support internal communications, keeping employees informed and engaged
What we are looking for:
- Degree qualified in a relevant marketing subject
- Previous experience in a varied and generalist marketing role
- A confident communicator with strong writing skills
- Someone who is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
- A creative thinker who loves brainstorming new ideas and seeing them come to life
- A basic working knowledge of Canva, WordPress and Adobe Photoshop (or a keen interest to learn)
- Ability to understand and report on SEO analytics
