Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Lancaster, LA1

Remuneration: 24,000 - 26,000 per annum + Bonuses

Contract Details: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to homeowners, ensuring smooth communication regarding any defects or concerns.
  • Handle customer communications professionally and promptly, adhering to established Customer Care Policies and Procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments (Construction, Sales, Surveying, and Technical) to optimise communication and achieve company KPIs.
  • Respond to incoming queries from homeowners in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Issue works orders to maintenance operatives and subcontractors, diligently monitoring progress until resolution.
  • Uphold responsibilities as outlined in the Group's HS&E Policy, ensuring compliance across the team.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support the Customer Care team.

What we need from you?

  • Proven experience in Customer Care within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the housing or construction industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail when logging customer information.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of COINS is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
