Job Title: Electrical Installation Lecturer

Eden Brown are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Installation Lecturer to join the team at a leading further education college in Lancashire. Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Electrical Installation to students across various levels
*Prepare and deliver practical and theoretical lessons, ensuring high academic standards
*Assess and monitor students progress, providing constructive feedback
*Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure that curriculum content reflects current best practices
*Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment
Requirements:
*A relevant qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ)
*Teaching experience or a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) is desirable but not essential
*Strong industry knowledge and a passion for helping students succeed
*Ability to engage and motivate students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
A DBS is also required for this role.
