40k Basic Salary (subject to experience) + Company Van + Overtime + Benefits

Location - Lancashire

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join a good client of ours within the M&E, Building Services and Facilities Maintenance industry and on a full-time employed basis.

To be considered for the position you'll need to live locally to Lancashire, therefore areas such as Wigan, Manchester, Bolton etc.

Job Summary:

• As a fully qualified Electrician, you'll be responsible for carrying out PPM's, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding work.
• Working on electrical building services work such as lighting, UPS, single & 3 phase, power, emergency lighting etc.
• Working throughout Commercial premises such Offices, Schools, Colleges and Care Homes.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Fully Qualified Electrician
• You'll need to hold City & Guilds 18th Edition, plus ideally also City & Guilds 2391 testing & inspection
• Relevant experience across commercial electrical maintenance work
• Ideally you'll have some multi-skilled work across areas such as HVAC, AHU's etc. as well however isn't essential

Salary and Package on offer:

• 40k Basic Salary (subject to experience)
• Company Van
• Monday to Friday as standard (8am - 5pm)
• Callout rota / overtime available
• Mobile, Uniform, PPE, Pension, Holiday Pay
