The role requires between 1-3 years of Health and Safety experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics, with a focus on food, beverage, or packaging backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety, with additional NEBOSH Environment or IEMA qualifications being desirable.
This is a hands-on position that involves engaging with the workforce to promote a proactive safety culture and influencing change across various departments.

Do you want to be able to provide a factory with visible and proactive safety support?If so, this could be the right opportunity for you!Seeking a proactive and positive, HSE coordinator to support the regional HSE Manager with day-to-day site activities on site. This will be a hands on, boots on the ground position, where you will be able to engage with the workforce and influence change. Working closely with different departments and the newly appointed senior leadership team, to help them evolve their safety culture to more of a proactive state. You will gain exposure to exciting site projects and share best practice across the wider group.This opportunity would suit a confident safety professional, able to work independently with guidance; who is looking to grow, develop and mature with the business. This position will be well supported and coached by HSE Manager and Head of HSE , as well as the wider team.Ideal background, experience, and qualifications:

NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety - Essential
NEBOSH Environment OR IEMA – Desirable
Knowledge of working within ISO 45001, 14001 frameworks - Desirable
Between 1-3 years Health and Safety experience
General manufacturing or logistics experience but ideally from a food, beverage, bakery, agriculture, paper or packaging manufacturing background
