Ideal candidates will possess:
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a senior care assistant role, preferably within a residential care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of elderly residents.
- Proficiency in administering medication and a thorough understanding of care plans and risk assessments.
