Role Overview:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Paralegal to join a busy legal team specialising in UK employment law in the Northwest. This full-time role will involve assisting solicitors with a broad range of employment matters, including drafting settlement agreements, employment contracts, tribunal claims, and correspondence. You will play a key role in case preparation, client communication, and legal research, gaining valuable exposure to complex employment disputes and advisory work within a supportive environment.Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience working in employment law, preferably within a law firm or HR legal team
  • Experience drafting settlement agreements, employment contracts, and tribunal documents
  • Knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures and case management
  • Ability to handle grievance and disciplinary documentation
  • Strong legal research skills and familiarity with employment legislation such as the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act, and ACAS Code of Practice
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, counsel, and external bodies effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
