- Minimum 1 year’s experience working in employment law, preferably within a law firm or HR legal team
- Experience drafting settlement agreements, employment contracts, and tribunal documents
- Knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures and case management
- Ability to handle grievance and disciplinary documentation
- Strong legal research skills and familiarity with employment legislation such as the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act, and ACAS Code of Practice
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, counsel, and external bodies effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
