Manufacturing Engineer - Larne, Northern Ireland
Contract: 12 months (likely to extend)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 37.5 hours/week
4-day work week - Fridays off!
Pay Rate: 18.99 PAYE / 25.38 Umbrella

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, analyse, and manage manufacturing and assembly projects
Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and ensure smooth transitions to production
Drive efficiency improvements, process control, and cost-per-hour targets
Create and maintain documentation including standard work and process flows
Lead problem-solving initiatives for operational, ergonomic, and quality issues
Contribute to the design and implementation of jigs, fixtures, and tooling
Analyse bay performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Motivation, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset
Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP and AutoCAD are desirable
A degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a relevant technical discipline
Additional Details:
Interview: One-stage, face-to-face
Working Hours:
Monday: 07:30 - 17:45
Tuesday-Thursday: 07:30 - 17:15
Flexibility available on start and finish times
On-site Role: All PPE provided
