This long established and reputed full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a busy team in Launceston, Devon. You should be a mid-level lawyer used to handling your own caseload.

Your Role:
- You will be a capable mid-level lawyer looking to plug a gap between a team of junior and senior lawyers
- You will handle some of the more complicated work, while the other seniors concentrate on supporting junior team members
- Advise clients on a variety of private client matters, including:
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Trust management
- Wills
- Estate planning
- Power of Attorney
- Tax and Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
What You will need:
- Experience as a qualified or unqualified private client fee earner
- At least 2-3 years private client experience
- Formal qualifications are not essential for this role – unqualified lawyers or those partway through professional training are very welcome
