One of Park Avenue's long-standing clients in Warwickshire is looking for a PRS Access Officer to join them on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong chance of extension.
This role is all about supporting residents in housing need to secure and sustain private rented accommodation. It takes a preventative, person-centred approach, working across housing, health, and social care.
Key responsibilities:
Build relationships with landlords and agents to secure properties for low-income households
Match clients to affordable, suitable homes and support their transition from temporary accommodation
Assist with budgeting, tenancy sign-ups, and independent living skills
Promote the scheme and develop landlord incentives to increase property supply
You'll be joining a supportive team of four, mostly interims. Office presence is flexible depending on your circumstances.
