RM Recruit is proud to be partnering with a brilliant not-for-profit organisation based in Leamington Spa to recruit a bright and articulate Administrative Officer. This is a part-time opportunity, offered on a 12-month maternity cover basis, working 25 hours per week.

The role is predominantly remote, with the requirement to attend the office in Leamington Spa once per month. This is n excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual looking to contribute to a meaningful cause within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and minute-taking
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners as required
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with minute taking
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
