- Provide support to the Managing Director, managing diaries, travel expense forms and other commitments.
- Prepare and organise relevant documents ahead of meetings and taking minutes.
- Support with the organisation of internal events and its attendance, when required at exhibitions and shows.
- Assist with keeping the website updated with articles, blogs, staff profiles and photos.
- Organise photographers for website updates or events.
- Provide assistance with new starters; forms, references and adding details onto internal systems.
- Order and monitor business stationary items, such as business cards, leaflets and other promotional materials.
- Assist with compliance & audits, ensuring the correct actions have been undertaken and record actions on spreadsheets for analysis.
- Support with administrative tasks in preparation for audits.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager and HR Manager as and when required.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role supporting multiple people.
- Desirable if you have worked in a professional services environment.
- Ability to multi-task, handling own workload whilst supporting where necessary.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
- Commitment to being a team player.
- Computer literate.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm (open to discussion).
- Office based: Leamington Spa. Occasional travel to other sites.
- Must have a UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- 23 days annual leave (increasing to 27 days with length of service).
