What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take full ownership of the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial control, insightful reporting, and strategic support across the business. Key responsibilities include:

Leading the finance function, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end reporting.
Acting as a key business partner to the MD and senior team, providing commercial insight and performance analysis.
Managing cash flow, payroll, tax, pensions, and compliance.
Driving improvements in systems, processes, and reporting tools.
Supporting board meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
Ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting cross-functional projects.
