What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take full ownership of the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial control, insightful reporting, and strategic support across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the finance function, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end reporting.
  • Acting as a key business partner to the MD and senior team, providing commercial insight and performance analysis.
  • Managing cash flow, payroll, tax, pensions, and compliance.
  • Driving improvements in systems, processes, and reporting tools.
  • Supporting board meetings and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and supporting cross-functional projects.
