A regional accountancy practice has recently relocated to Leamington Spa as part of their ongoing business growth strategies and require a Payroll Administrator in what is a first class offering.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering a bespoke, tailored service. This is role with provides autotomy, variation and in a client focused service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional, either from a client facing background (practice or bureau) or in-house, who takes pride in adding value and is keen for a fresh challenge within a progressive, forward-thinking firm.

What will you be doing?

  • Processing data on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis for clients
  • Calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions and statutory allowances (holiday, redundancy, CIS, SSP, SMP, SPP etc.)
  • Preparing documents such as HMRC compliance, year-end reports, pensions, P45s, P60s and RTI submissions
  • Liaising with clients, addressing queries, verifying information and offering advice

Are you the right fit?

  • Proven end-to-end payroll experience either from a client facing background including practice or bureau, or well rounded experience from in-house
  • Strong understanding and application of statutory payroll regulations and interpretations
  • High level of accuracy, ability to multi-task and self-manage along with effective communication, both verbal and written
