Conveyancing Administrator – Temp to Perm Opportunity

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-focused administrator looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive legal environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and fast-paced conveyancing department, supporting a high-performing team as a Conveyancing Administrator.

About the Role

As a Conveyancing Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the legal process post-completion and ensuring transactions are finalised efficiently and accurately. Working closely with the conveyancing team and advisors, you’ll manage legal documentation, respond to client queries, and liaise with the Land Registry to ensure seamless property registrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming post and documentation
  • Submit and manage applications and requisitions with the Land Registry
  • Liaise with advisors and third parties to handle updates and queries
  • Finalise transactions by preparing closing packs and updating internal trackers
  • Ensure documentation is correctly signed, dated, and executed
  • Provide professional and timely communication via email and phone

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a legal or property environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to review legal documentation with accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Confident communicator with a polite, professional manner
  • Proactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new digital systems
  • A commitment to high standards of client service and professionalism
