Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (Security Systems)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our business operations. You'll work closely with various departments, helping to streamline processes, manage administrative tasks, and keep everything ticking over efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational tasks, including scheduling, data entry, reporting, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of company operations, including supplier contracts, stock levels, and compliance documents.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

  • Assist in procurement, order processing, and supplier management.

  • Help coordinate engineers, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Simpro

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Salary up to £33k for the right candidate, dependant on experience.
