Our client is looking for a highly organised person to support the delivery of multiple projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Based in Fetcham
  • £20,000 - £24,000 salary (DOE)
  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Description:

  • Conducting research on venues, restaurants, activities, and transportation options
  • Assisting Project Managers with various project-related tasks
  • Contributing to the development and preparation of client proposals
  • Handling incoming phone and email inquiries in a professional manner
  • Upholding and representing company policies and standards
  • Managing office administration, including maintaining client and supplier databases
  • Providing on-site event support, which may include occasional weekend work
  • Offering general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

  • Educated to a good level
  • Excellent planning abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
