Salary: £80,000 plus company car allowance and bonus
Are you a passionate pay and reward expert who wants to shape fair, inclusive, and impactful reward strategies? We're looking for a Head of Pay and Reward to lead the development and delivery of a forward-thinking total reward strategy that recognises and values every team member.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a best-in-class total reward strategy
- Overseeing all aspects of payroll and statutory compliance
- Managing compensation benchmarking and reward insight reporting
- Collaborating across teams to embed a culture of fairness and recognition
