A highly respected Chartered IFA firm based near Kingston is seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to support its growing team of advisers. With a strong reputation in the local area and a loyal client base, the firm offers comprehensive, whole-of-market advice across pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, protection, and more niche areas such as VCT and EIS. They also provide legal services including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

I’ve personally worked with this firm, met the Directors, and placed five professionals into the team (including advisers and administrators). It’s a collaborative, ethical, and client-focused environment - they don’t set sales targets, instead prioritising quality service and long-term relationships.

About the Firm:

  • Chartered and fully independent
  • Client base of 500+, typically with £500k-£10m in investable assets
  • Clients include families, retirees, and business owners across Surrey
  • Significant referral and recommendation network
  • Deeply involved in the local community and local charities

The Role:You’ll work closely with the Chartered Advisers, providing dedicated administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience. This includes pre- and post-meeting preparation, attending occasional client meetings, and handling ongoing client servicing tasks. The firm’s high standards mean attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end administrative support for advisers
  • Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings
  • Attend client meetings when required and follow up on actions
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage ongoing servicing
  • Liaise with providers, clients, and internal team members
  • Use of Intelligent Office (experience with IO is a strong advantage)

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
  • Attractive benefits package
  • Office-based role with some flexibility to work from home occasionally
  • A supportive, non-target-driven environment focused on quality
  • Opportunity to work closely with Chartered professionals and develop your career

If you’re an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a long-term opportunity in a professional and ethical firm, this role offers an ideal next step.
