Description
- Oversee the quality assurance of products and processes
- Develop and implement quality management strategies and plans
- Conduct audits and facilitate improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators
- Manage the handling of non-conformities and customer complaint
Profile
- A degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Proven experience in a quality management or specialist role
- Excellent knowledge of quality assurance legislation and standards
