What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of children and young people with special educational needs. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments for students with a range of developmental and sensory needs• Create and implement personalised care and therapy plans to support functional independence• Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance participation in school activities• Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide holistic care• Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy records in line with clinical guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration• Experience working with children in SEN or paediatric settings• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary educational team• A commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexible working and requires availability 2–3 days per week during school term time. The contract is for 1 academic year, with a start in September 2025 and end in July 2026. Ideal for clinicians seeking part-time work in a supportive SEN environment.
