A historic, Surrey based Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a competent, client facing Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working for a local practice.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of projects across the Southeast including an impressive portfolio of historic buildings, education, and private residential buildings.
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall lead on certain projects, and also support the Associates and Partners on more complex scheme.
The company also provides hands-on APC training, mentoring and support, whilst also offering the opportunity to progress to senior levels.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Working towards MRICS (if not completed already)
- Car and driving licence
- Professional, well spoken, able to commute to the Surrey office
