We are actively seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operators to join our team at a well-established food manufacturing site in Ledbury.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the manufacturing sector. Full training is provided – no previous experience in food production is necessary, although it is beneficial.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating within a fast-paced food production facility, primarily focused on packaging and handling food products.
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Ensuring all health & safety and company procedures are followed at all times.
  • Assisting with general production duties, including loading, weighing, and labelling.
  • Adapting to various tasks as required by your team leader or shift manager.
  • Working efficiently as part of a team in a cold environment (protective clothing and PPE provided).
Working Hours:This is a rotational shift role, alternating weekly between:
  • Morning Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30
Flexibility is required, including the willingness to work on some bank holidays, as part of the site's operational needs.What We Offer:

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working in food environments, as this is essential to the role.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in food production, warehouse work, or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential.
