This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in hands-on production environments who is ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

About the Role:
The business operates a busy seasonal schedule, employing over 200 temporary staff during peak months. All produce is handled and packed on-site before being distributed across the UK. • Oversee health and safety compliance and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities.
  • Monitor product quality during key stages of handling.

Working Hours:
This is a permanent role. Standard hours apply during the off-season (Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week). During peak periods, extended hours and weekend work will be required.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in a seasonal or agricultural production environment (training provided).
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience managing or supervising teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Eastern European languages) are a plus but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Full right to work in the UK (long-term).
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
