We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Executive on a 9 -12 month fixed term contract to join a small, friendly team based in South Hereford. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and efficient end to end service to their clients.
What you can expect
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Basis: 9-12 months fixed term
- Salary: £29’500 per annum

What you will be doing
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Monitoring the sales email inbox
- Processing online orders from the website
- Quoting customers who call or email
- Printing orders and generating pick notes for the dispatch team
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Dealing with, resolving, or escalating customer complaints
- Performing other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role

- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Positive, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
