We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Executive on a 9 -12 month fixed term contract to join a small, friendly team based in South Hereford. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and efficient end to end service to their clients.

What you can expect

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • Basis: 9-12 months fixed term
  • Salary: £29’500 per annum

What you will be doing

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Monitoring the sales email inbox
  • Processing online orders from the website
  • Quoting customers who call or email
  • Printing orders and generating pick notes for the dispatch team
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Dealing with, resolving, or escalating customer complaints
  • Performing other reasonable tasks within the scope of the role
