Location: Ledbury
Salary: Approx £40,000
Permanent: 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday - Rotating Shifts (05:30-14:00 / 14:00-22:30)
25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting a leading food manufacturer based in Ledbury, who are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their growing maintenance team.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly, ensuring all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standard. You'll be involved in planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and restore machinery to operational condition.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Install and modify production equipment to optimise efficiency and safety.
- Source, quote, and order replacement parts where required.
- Support production teams and promote a culture of health, safety, and quality.
About You
- Proven experience across mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
- Confident working with production equipment and PLCs.
- Previous experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Qualifications
- You'll hold a recognised engineering qualification such as:
- Time-Served Apprenticeship
- City & Guilds in Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
- NVQ Level 4 / ONC / HND / BTEC
