We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to join an Accountancy Practice based in Leeds City Centre. This is a client-facing role within a busy practice, ideal for someone keen to manage their own portfolio and support junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and develop your own client portfolio• Prepare draft financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and companies• Assist with client finalisation meetings alongside partners• Produce draft business tax computations for review• Maintain accurate client files and meet internal deadlines• Prepare management accounts and client meeting summaries• Communicate with clients and handle queries on accounts, tax, and bookkeeping• Support and review work of junior team members• Plan workload effectively and record chargeable time accurately

Requirements:• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified• Experience in an accountancy practice• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills• Confident managing deadlines and working independently
