MERJE are delighted to be partnered with a Leeds based financial Services organisation in their search for a talented Financial Controller.
We are looking for a strong leader that can enhance team performance and has an experienced eye for finance.
Your new role:
- Oversight of the production of monthly and annual accounts;
- Implementing improvements in processes and controls;
- Enhancing financial analysis and internal reporting;
- Ensuring reconciliation requirements across the teams are met, including balance sheet, bank and external stock reconciliations;
- Monitoring and managing cash flow;
- Liaising with auditors to ensure successful annual audits;
Our Ideal candidate:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA fully qualified
- Proven leadership, delegation, and coaching skills.
- Good awareness of HMRC and FCA rules.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain and promote the highest standards of financial integrity.
