Axon Moore is seeking an Interim Management Accountant for a large and growing business in West Yorkshire.
The role requires a qualified finance leader with experience as a management accountant and ideally within a group function.
Key responsibilities include accounting for group costs, maintaining a rebate register, and completing VAT returns, among others.
This position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 and requires a minimum of 3-6 months of experience.
The role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days in the office, and is available for an immediate start.

Axon Moore are supporting a large and growing business based in West Yorkshire in the appointment an Interim Management Accountant.You will be a key member of the finance team and will have responsibility for robust accounting, recharging and reporting of payroll and fixed asset costs as well as supporting on financial reporting requirements.The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:

Accounting for and reporting of group costs
Maintaining a rebate register
Reconciliation of costs and production of a summary for the management accounts
Accruals and prepayments
Financial analysis
Monitoring and review of spend versus budget
Balance sheet reconciliation
Completion of VAT returns
Providing support on the period end close process

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:

Qualified Finance Leader, (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or by experience)
Experienced management accountant
Experience of working within a group function is desirable
Strong communication skills
