Location: Leeds - hybrid working, 2 days in office

A leading global provider in information technology is looking for a new Sales Development Representative to join its growing team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing sales function, supporting revenue generation through strategic outreach and collaboration.

About the Role:

This is a 180 sales role. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building with key stakeholders across various industries. You will work closely with the Business Development Managers to book in meeting, driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting key prospects
  • Book follow-up meetings and product demonstrations for Business Development Managers
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly
  • Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations using internal systems and tools

About You:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is just starting off in their career in sales. If you have previous experience in outbound sales, and are motivated to progress, this could be the role for you.

  • Previous experience in outbound sales is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Possess a professional and clear telephone manner
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload effectively
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet evolving business and customer needs
  • Strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments
