Our client is a leading manufacturer of ready meals, primarily catering to the education sector. With a cutting-edge, custom-built facility rated A by BRC, they deliver premium quality products.
They are now seeking an experienced and proactive National Account Manager to join their dynamic commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and develop relationships with major national accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
Analyse client performance data to uncover opportunities for upselling, new products, and bespoke solutions.
Drive business development by exploring new sectors, products, and partnership opportunities.
Deliver engaging presentations and commercial proposals to win and retain major contracts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, NPD, and sales to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Maintain accurate records and reports to support decision-making and track progress.
Lead contract reviews and head office negotiations to maximise financial performance.
Support and mentor regional sales colleagues to deliver consistency and resolve challenges.
Who We're Looking For:
A seasoned commercial or sales professional with significant experience managing key or national accounts - ideally in foodservice or FMCG.
