Caretaker- Leeds
RG Setsquare are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation based in Leeds who are looking for an enthusiastic individual as a Carertaker to deliver a high quality, cost-effective customer-focused service, undertaking the delivery of the estates' caretaker service.

Your new role as Caretaker:
As the Caretaker, you will be responsible for delivering the highest possible standard of estates caretaker services/block inspecting services, support and advice for the team. You will carry out inspections of blocks within the communal shared areas. Identify and resolve problems to ensure that the health and safety legislation and local requirements are met. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and address any concerns, providing guidance and feedback to support the service delivery.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
You will have a strong record of service delivery of estates caretaking, relevant gardening or cleaning qualification, or equivalent work experience, knowledge of caretaking/gardening services and understanding of estates governance practices and issues. A DBS is also required for this role.
