Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, to recruit for an Estates Caretaker on an initial 6-month basis.

Responsibilities of the Estates Caretaker:

• Working within the estates caretaking service delivering the highest standard of caretaking services across designated housing schemes
• Completing inspections to blocks and communal areas
• Identifying health and safety hazards
• Mopping, sweeping and general cleaning of communal areas
• Picking litter
• Ensuring bin stores are maintained and kept clean and tidy
• Reporting fly tipping
• Completing daily walk arounds of the estate
• Completing weekly and monthly safety checks including fire alarm checks, emergency lighting checks and legionella testing

Duties of the Estates Caretaker includes:

• UK Driving License
• Willingness to undergo Basic DBS check
