- Supporting the Product Governance Framework with clear, accurate MI and reporting to the Board
- Overseeing the approval process for new products and services
- Maintaining and reviewing Target Market Assessments and Fair Value Assessments
- Leading on Risk of Harm assessments—especially around Vulnerable Clients
- Monitoring the firm’s Consumer Duty dashboards and key client outcome metrics
- Supporting due diligence processes for Manufacturer and Distributor obligations
- Preparing board papers, peer group comparisons, competition analysis and annual attestations
- Previous experience in a governance or compliance-focused role, ideally within investment or wealth management
- Strong knowledge of UK financial regulation—particularly Consumer Duty
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—confident with board-level reporting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse complex information clearly
- A natural self-starter who can build relationships and drive change when needed
- Someone with integrity, good judgement, and a focus on long-term outcomes
