Meraki Talent is working with a leading investment management firm that’s looking to hire a Product Governance Analyst in their Leeds Office. This is a great opportunity to step into a role that genuinely sits at the heart of the business. Working between Investment Management and Compliance, you’ll help ensure the firm’s products and services consistently meet the highest standards and deliver strong outcomes for clients. The role is in the office 5 days a week for the first 2 month  Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Product Governance Framework with clear, accurate MI and reporting to the Board
  • Overseeing the approval process for new products and services
  • Maintaining and reviewing Target Market Assessments and Fair Value Assessments
  • Leading on Risk of Harm assessments—especially around Vulnerable Clients
  • Monitoring the firm’s Consumer Duty dashboards and key client outcome metrics
  • Supporting due diligence processes for Manufacturer and Distributor obligations
  • Preparing board papers, peer group comparisons, competition analysis and annual attestations
Candidate Specification: 
  • Previous experience in a governance or compliance-focused role, ideally within investment or wealth management
  • Strong knowledge of UK financial regulation—particularly Consumer Duty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—confident with board-level reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse complex information clearly
  • A natural self-starter who can build relationships and drive change when needed
  • Someone with integrity, good judgement, and a focus on long-term outcomes
