Job Title: Mobility Claims ParalegalLocation: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid Working)Salary Range: £25,000 to £30,000 + BenefitsContract: Full Time, PermanentRole Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Running a mixture of pre-litigated and potentially litigated (subject to experience) RTA cases, with a specific focus on mobility vehicle claims
- Overseeing a ranges of fast-track personal injury claims following claimants sustaining injuries as a result of road traffic accidents
- Managing claims, including OIC and MOJ cases
- Also overseeing non-portal cases as/when required

Application Criteria's:
- Previous experience handling personal injury claims is essential
- Working knowledge of the OIC and/or the MOJ Portals is required
- Experience handling litigated personal injury cases highly advantageous
