National Account Manager

This high-impact role will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with Tier 1 national clients

Elevation are supporting them in their search for a National Account Manager to take the lead on some of their most important clients. You’ll be the face of the business at senior level, building deep relationships, driving commercial growth, and ensuring world-class service delivery on projects that shape the future of UK infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver growth targets, maximise sales revenue and opportunities with strategic accounts and develop new business in strategic sectors, working closely with existing sales team to manage the sales pipeline and develop accounts from site/project level up to board level
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximise value and strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial terms, pricing agreements and service-level expectations in line with company objectives.
  • Work closely with operational teams to deliver innovative, reliable hire solutions.
  • Drive commercial performance and secure long-term client success.
