Graduate Building Surveyor (Remote)
Location: Remote – Yorkshire-based
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role
My client is a forward-thinking, RICS-regulated building consultancy providing tailored surveying and project services to public and private sector clients across the UK. As they expand their team, they’re looking for a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor with at least 18 months of relevant experience to join them on a fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor who is eager to develop their skills further, enjoy variety in their work, and contribute to a growing, supportive team,  all without being tied to a physical office location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering a wide range of professional surveying services, including:
    • Condition surveys and asset assessments
    • Dilapidations and technical due diligence
    • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) reports
  • Support project delivery from inception through to completion
  • Prepare technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation under supervision
  • Collaborate with senior surveyors and project teams to meet client needs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building surveying
  • Strong technical knowledge with solid report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach
  • Positive, client-focused attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
