With significant resources for training and long-term stability, they are now seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of both new and ongoing contracts.

As a Contracts Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of multiple contracts, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control, while managing site activities, supervising staff, and handling contract and subcontractor management. You will also manage contract changes and lead a team in both operational and commercial aspects of contract delivery, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

This role is ideal for a Contracts Manager with a Civils or Geotechnical background, seeking to join a company that offers progression opportunities to senior management and beyond.

The Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple contracts, ensuring safety, quality, cost control, performance, and customer service
  • Manage changes within contract scope, including health, safety, operational, and commercial aspects
  • Regular travel around UK, expenses paid

  • Groundworks/Piling/Geotechnical/Geology/Civils background
  • Experience overseeing contracts/projects
  • Full UK Drivers Licence - ESSENTIAL
