Key Responsibilities

Carry out internal and external painting and decorating across a range of properties
Prepare surfaces to a high standard before painting
Ensure all work meets health and safety requirements
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and colleagues

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter in domestic or social housing settings
Knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
