Residential Conveyancer – Leeds

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer seeking a secure, long-term role with one of the UK’s largest direct conveyancing firms?

No client contact. No estate agents. No brokers.Your role will be solely lender-focused, managing a caseload of Equity Release and Separate Representation work. This is ideal for Conveyancers who want to continue using their legal expertise without the pressure of front-facing client work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Title checking in line with lender panel requirements
  • Reviewing mortgage offers and preparing legal documentation for borrowers’ solicitors
  • Liaising with internal technical advisors on complex matters
  • Ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete
  • Conducting and checking pre-completion searches
  • Satisfying all pre-completion conditions
  • Managing the drawdown and release of funds

About You:

  • You are an experienced Residential Conveyancer
  • Equity Release experience is essential
  • You are detail-oriented, organised and confident in working independently
  • You are seeking a secure, non-client-facing legal position with long-term prospects
