Residential Conveyancer – Leading UK Conveyancing Firm – Capped CaseloadLocation: Leeds, offering hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's leading conveyancing law firms, following sustained growth within the highly successful Residential Conveyancing department. A brand-new position has been created for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join this expanding team.

This is a fantastic chance to manage a manageable, capped caseload of 60 residential conveyancing files, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

You will handle a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters
Carry out leasehold title checks, respond to enquiries and prepare property reports on purchases
Respond to enquiries on sales transactions
Provide limited support on shared ownership and new-build transactions
Liaise with clients to arrange exchange and completion dates
Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Source of Funds (SOF) checks
