Key Responsibilities:

Title checking in line with lender panel requirements
Reviewing mortgage offers and preparing legal documentation for borrowers’ solicitors
Liaising with internal technical advisors on complex matters
Ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete
Conducting and checking pre-completion searches
Satisfying all pre-completion conditions
Managing the drawdown and release of funds

About You:

You are an experienced Residential Conveyancer
Equity Release experience is essential
You are detail-oriented, organised and confident in working independently
You are seeking a secure, non-client-facing legal position with long-term prospects
