A highly reputable manufacturers thats part of a highly reputable global group is looking for a QHSE Manager to play a crucial role in leading the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives, ensuring a safe workplace, environmental sustainability and continuous improvement in processes.

As QHSE Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Championing a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to safety measures to reduce risks and prevent accidents.
  • Leading and developing the QHSE team by setting improvement goals, allocating tasks, and supporting professional growth.
  • Monitoring and improving processes to deliver exceptional quality and service to customers.
  • Overseeing compliance with QHSE benchmarks, establishing procedures, and recommending policy changes where necessary.
  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and providing guidance and training on hazard identification and risk management.
  • Scheduling and conducting internal audits and inspections, ensuring all findings are addressed with corrective actions.
  • Ensuring environmental monitoring and reporting are in line with permit requirements and maintain a register of relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in QHSE and a commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe workplace.

Additional Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Internal Auditor: ISO 14001
  • Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) or equivalent
  • Experience maintaining BRC / ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
