Role Purpose

The Talent Partner is a critical position and the interface between the client and the recruiting / talent acquisition teams. The Talent Partner will excel in relationship building, client development, designing and executing recruiting strategies for clients. They will be organised, consultative in approach and excited by delivering transformative recruitment campaigns for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering talent acquisition, often onsite alongside clients
  • Using creativity, knowledge and experience to build and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Business Development to build relationships with new, existing and potential clients.
  • Ensuring our talent acquisitions team are motivated, briefed and delivering excellent results for the client(s)
  • Managing all stakeholders and hiring managers throughout clients
  • Contribute to our best practice and thought leadership to ensure Caval Talent Solutions is positioned as a leader within talent consulting



About You

We are looking for people that:
