What we need from you:

  • Responsible for preparing accurate, thorough, and legally sound responses to appeals made to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDT) against the local authority.
  • This includes gathering relevant evidence, drafting formal responses, and ensuring compliance with judicial directions.
  • The role requires close collaboration with other Special Educational Needs (SEN) services, including the Assessment, Placement, and Casework teams.

Must Have:

  • Experience of working within a local authority is essential
  • Liquid Logic experience preferred
  • Experience with legal casework or tribunals (preferably within education or local authority settings).
